Correctional Billing. You can also send a money gram to correctional billing in Birmingham Al.

I encourage you to read comments and answers left before you posted your question to see if it has been asked before. No one likes to repeat themselves, and if you're savvy enough to use the internet, hopefully you can read. I am reposting the answer to this question, although if I see any more questions that I have personally answered in the past, I will assume you are a jackass, and not waste my time in the future.

Again, here is the answer...

To receive calls on your cell phone from inmates at Cobb County jail, you must contact Correctional Billing Services. Their number is 1-800-844-6591. You call the 800 number and enter your phone number. You will be asked for a 4 digit password (use one you can remember). You will be asked for your ZIP code, then it will tell you your name. Give your address and credit card info. You do not have to pay with a credit card. You can use Western Union. Then you can get collect calls on your cellphone. Also, if you're in Atlanta and use MetroPCS, you can prepay for collect calls I believe. With Correctional Billing Services, the smallest amount you can put down is $50. The maximum amount is $243. Your card will be billed an additional $6.95 for each transaction. With this in mind, if your significant other is in jail like mine is, you may want to put down a larger amount and avoid the extra fees that you will accumulate as you add more time.

What do you mean you can't find them? Make sure when you call the jail, you give the phone attendant the right name. It is possible they may be in the Marietta jail, and not the Cobb County jail.

I don't think this is possible. Video court is only for inmates. I would try to get the inmate a copy of the documentation. You should also send a copy to the judge. Really the best bet is to hire a lawyer. Cobb county is very busy and they really don't care why you miss court. Once you're arrested their job is done as far as they're concerned. The clergy status may have some impact, but I doubt it.

How long are inmates usually in jail for violation of probation for being late?

Inmates put in jail of violation of probation can be in there until their probation is over. For example, if you got arrested in March, and your probation is up in December, you could be in there until December. If you violate probation, you need a lawyer!

Inmates in Cobb Co. can receive photos. They cannot, however, receive polaroid photos. I suggest writing the inmate's name, SOID #, as well as cell # when you send the pictures.
