one little bit of info for those who don't know. Unless you have caused harm to another person, you do NOT have to go to jail. Most people go to jail because they agree to. you do NOT have to go to jail for traffic violations. Ask me how, if you really want to know.

My son is in the jail for two counts of domestic battery. He attached myself and my husband. How can I assure that he get the help he needs in a mental facility?

I have to spend 16 hrs in jail for a DUI sentence. Will I be in the general population or holding cell? Can I bring a book to read?
