My nephew is in Cobb County jail right now with a staff infection that is not getting well. He has a gaping hole in his leg with pus running out of it. They have gave him some antibiotics but he needs medical treatment outside the jail. My brother just died on July 1st 2009 of MRSA infection in his body. This will kill him if he doesn't get some medical attention.

He has been in jail for over 100 days now with no bail, no hearings, nothing. Has not been charged or sentenced. He was picked up for violating a TPO but can they keep you forever without a bond?
